Ingredients

- 20 green beans
 - 1/4 sweet onion, sliced
 - 4 mushrooms, halved
 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
 - 2 tbsp. butter
 - salt and pepper
 
Directions
- Parboil green beans 4 minutes. Rinse with cold water
 - French cut beans
 - Melt butter in saute pan
 - Stir in garlic, bring heat to medium, cook for 20 seconds
 - Stir in remaining vegetables, increase heat to medium-high, sauté for 5 minutes
 - Season with salt and pepper to taste
